Mediation

Argue fairly, negotiate clearly, find solutions

We offer relationship mediation based on depth psychology. Mediation is a structured process for resolving relationship conflicts – ideal for disagreements and guidance in relationships, relationship crises, clarification of relationship issues, couples in separation, parents with conflicts, complex family models such as blended families or teams. With the help of the Harvard concept, we promote understanding, clarify needs and develop sustainable agreements.

Mediation – for fair and constructive conflict resolution

What is mediation in relationships?

The mediation process provides support for factual and emotional stress and also serves as a preventive measure.

Typical topics include: separation arrangements, dealing with children, division of roles in everyday life, patchwork dynamics, or deadlocked communication between family members or within the team.

We work according to the Harvard concept in six structured steps. A session lasts 90 minutes and costs €290 – on site in Heidelberg or online. The duration depends on the complexity of the conflict.
